Step 1: Open the App
Step 2: Select Conversations

For multiple conversations:
Long-press any conversation to enable multi-select. Then choose all the conversations you want to print.
You can also set a date range filter by tapping the calendar icon in the bottom right. -
For a single conversation:
Tap the conversation, then select the specific messages you'd like to print.
You can also use the date range filter here as well.
Step 3: Tap “Backup” at the Bottom
Step 4: Choose a Format

PDF is best for printing.

HTML is better for very long conversations.
Step 5: Open "Advanced Options"

To include previews for any links in the conversation, enable "Link Previews".

Turn off the other options unless needed.
Tap Next to continue.
Step 6: Choose a Save Location
If this is your first time using the app, you'll be asked to choose a folder where the files will be saved.
⚠️ Note: Due to Android restrictions, you cannot save directly to the Downloads folder.
Step 7: Wait for File Generation
The app will now generate your files. This may take some time, especially for longer conversations.
Step 8: Print Your Files
You now have two options:

Print Directly from Your Phone

If your phone is connected to a printer, tap Options and select Print.

Send to Another Device for Printing

Tap Share, select your email app, and send the files to yourself.

If the files are too large, use Google Drive or another cloud service to share them.

💡 Important for HTML files:
If you chose HTML format, make sure to download the files to your computer first and open them from there.
Opening HTML files directly from your email may result in incorrect formatting.
